Details
Most of the video recordings used for gathering information for the book
were made with Sony three-chip
professional cameras. The lens was a Canon
BVP-3 J18 with 2 X expander and 1.5 x and 2X teleconverters.
The recorder used most was a Sony Ed-beta recorder.
I used a Sony professional unidirectional microphone.
The video editing was done on a JVC professional VHS editor and FOR.A
time base correcter.
Color prints were made with a Sony printer.
In the 1970s I started with a Sony single-tube consumer color camera
with Sony half-inch recorder. Later, I used Sony Superbeta recorders.
A few years later, I used several models of consumer single-chip cameras.
The first of these was a Hitachi with MOS sensor. Later, I used a Panasonic
single CCD. Next was a Sony single CCD. I now use digital equipment.
