OUR HOME TRY-ON KIT

• HOW DO I ORDER A CATBIRD HOME TRY-ON KIT?

• IF IT’S FREE, WHY DO YOU NEED MY CREDIT CARD?

  Our Home Try-On Kits are free! We require a $25 security deposit per box (and $50 for the metal sampler) that will be fully refunded once your package is returned. Deposits can only be paid with a major credit or debit card. Home-Try On Kits need to be sent back complete, undamaged and postmarked back to us by the third day after delivery to avoid additional charges.

  Please note that refunds generally take 3-5 business days to process back into your account, depending on your bank. Shipping is free in both directions.

  If you do not return the complete kit after three days a $300 charge will be added to the card on file. If a ring is missing there will be a charge of $75, per ring. If the metal swatch ring is missing upon return there will be a charge of $200.

• HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY KIT?

  Once you receive your kit, you have 3 days to try on our Classic Wedding Band samples. Please make sure your kit is sent back complete and postmarked on its way back to Catbird by the third full day after delivery. (We’ll send you an email reminder so you don’t forget!)

  If your Home Try-On period ends on a weekend or holiday, just send it on the next available day. If you need an extra day or two, please email us and we’ll work something out!

• WHAT ARE YOUR SAMPLE RINGS MADE OF?

  All of our sample rings are made in sterling silver. We also offer the option for metal swatches in 14k yellow, rose, and white gold.

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY HOME TRY-ON KIT TO REACH ME?

  Generally there is a 1-2 business day processing time for all orders for in-stock kits. We ship all kits via UPS 2-day shipping so once it is on its way, you should receive it within 2 business days. No signature will be required on delivery.

  The exception to this is if all of our kits are already out. We will let you know if there is a wait time!

• WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF THE SAMPLE RINGS?

  We offer kits in a few different size ranges, all with open backs to allow for greater size flexibility! We are not able to send other sizes or samples at this time.

• CAN I TRY ON ANY OF YOUR OTHER WEDDING OR ENGAGEMENT RINGS AT HOME?

  We currently only offer this Home Try-On Kit and the rings in them can not be changed or swapped out for other styles.

• DO YOU OFFER YOUR HOME TRY-ON KITS INTERNATIONALLY?

  We currently are only able to offer our Home Try-On Kits within the continental U.S. International Home Try-On Kits are not available at this time.
